I need a quote for an import shipment – what should I do?
I am looking for a quote for an import shipment – how can FlagShip help? Any shipment that does not originate in Canada can be quoted through FlagShip’s online shipping system. Our customer service department is always available to help you with your import quotes.
You can also request a shipping quote by sending us an email at quotes@flagshipcompany.com or through your FlagShip account.
In order to provide you with an accurate quote, we would need the following information:
- City, Country and Zip Code where the shipment is being picked up
- City and Postal Code in Canada where the shipment is being delivered
- Number of packages
- Weight and dimensions of each package
- Customs value
Once we have all of the necessary information, we will return to you with the types of services that are available, the shipping rates, and the transit times.
Please note that not all countries have a zip or postal code. In this case, detailed address information would be helpful in order to provide the most accurate quote possible.
