I Created A Shipping Label But I’m Not Using It, What Do I Do?

I created a shipping label but I’m not using it – what can I do? If you created and finalized a shipment in FlagShip’s shipping system, a label is automatically generated. Let’s say you have fully processed a shipment and then decide you no longer need your shipment processed, your next step should be to cancel the shipment in the system.

Here are the steps to cancel your shipment:

  1. Go to the Shipping tab and select Manage Shipments.
  2. Find the shipment you want to delete and click on the “+More” tab to open up a drop-down and click on Cancel.
  3. Your shipment is now cancelled.

If after 24 hours, you realize that the shipping label will not be used, call 1-866-320-8383 or email support@flagshipcompany.com and one of the customer service representatives will be happy to cancel it for you.

If the shipping label never gets used and never gets cancelled in FlagShip’s system it will appear on your invoice.  If this occurs, we can easily remove this amount from your invoice.  Simply call us or email invoicing@flagshipcompany.com and someone will be happy to help you.
